How to adjustThread cutting time of computerized sewing machine
forComputerized sewing machineIn terms of sewing work, the control and adjustment of the cutting time is very important. Because if the thread trimming time of the sewing machine is adjusted too short, it will cause the thread end to be too short, which will affect the sewing effect and quality; and if the thread trimming time is adjusted too long, not only the moving knife of the computer sewing machine will be affected. It gets stuck and does not return to the place, and it will also cause the parking to not be in place. Therefore, it is very important to adjust the thread cutting time of the computer sewing machine. So, what are the specific methods?
At present, adjusting the thread trimming time of the computerized sewing machine mainly starts from the following two aspects: one is the adjustment of the position of the secant cam. First, turn the pulley of the machine. When the needle bar rises 5mm from the lower position, press the secant spiral tube with your hand to make the roller shaft contact the notch of the secant cam. Then tighten the set screw temporarily, and then return the secant spiral tube to the original position, that is, the leave position. At the same time, loosen the positioning screw and adjust the secant cam of the computerized sewing machine so that the gap between the end of the cam and the end of the roller shaft is 0.5mm.
On the other hand, it is to adjust the position of the motorized sewing knife and the fixed knife of the computerized sewing machine. When the head of the secant cam lever exceeds the secant cam, the front end of the fixed knife and the blade of the movable knife should engage 0.2~0.5mm. If it is not engaged, when the roller shaft exceeds the secant cam, move the secant lever to make the front end of the fixed knife engage the blade of the movable knife, and then tighten the screw. Under normal circumstances, the thread trimming time of the computerized sewing machine adjusted by the above adjustment method is more appropriate, and there will be no short thread ends, and no moving knife jamming.
