According to many years of work experience, the following two different faults may cause the computer sewing machine to break.

One of them is the broken thread caused by the failure of the scissors on the computerized sewing machine. During operation, it was found that every time a thread breakage occurred, at least two needles had no thread in one of the needle holes, and the thread needed to be re-threaded. After the needle thread was stretched, it was more than doubled than before. After the test machine, everything was normal. But from the second stitch onwards, the broken thread of the computerized sewing machine reappeared. Through this phenomenon, we can basically determine that the problem is the upper scissors. Because when there is a problem with the upper scissors, the needle thread will not be cut or the cut needle thread will not be clamped, causing the next working thread to come out of the needle threading hole. Therefore, we need to remove the upper scissors of the computerized sewing machine, repair and adjust the counter knife, movable knife and thread clamping plate. In addition, a manual test must be carried out. Each time the thread is cut, not only the thread must be cut, but also the thread end after the cut must be clamped. The thread can be pulled slightly by hand. In addition, in order to ensure that the needle is loose and the thread position is correct before operation, the stroke of the thread rod can be adjusted slightly larger.

The other is caused by a malfunction of the computerized sewing machine on-line disconnection monitoring sensor. When the needle fails, lift the thread end into the needle threading hole, and then clamp the thread end with the upper scissors thread clamp to check whether the needle, suture, and thread take-up spring are normal. If it is normal, it can be determined that the online disconnection monitoring sensor is faulty. In order to confirm which side sensor of the computerized sewing machine is faulty, one side can be short-circuited, and the other side can be tested to find the faulty sensor. Then remove the sensor for inspection and maintenance. When installing the computerized sewing machine sensor, pay attention to the flexible rotation of the threading ring up and down.
