Precautions for sewing different materials on computerized sewing machine

Most factories in the clothing, footwear and home textile industries will be equipped with manyComputerized sewing machine, Used to sew various clothing, home textiles and other products. In the working process of these machines, it is inevitable to sew different sewing materials. At this time, various situations and problems often occur, such as skipping stitches. So, how to avoid these problems? What should we pay attention to when we use computerized sewing machines to sew different materials?

Currently, the materials sewn by computerized sewing machines mainly include synthetic fiber materials, knitted fabrics and thicker materials. Among them, when sewing synthetic fiber fabrics, because synthetic fiber thread is easier to skip stitches than cotton thread, the time and position of the crochet stitch of the computerized sewing machine should be slightly delayed. The suitable time position for the hook is 2.2~2.6mm, and the suitable position for the needle is that the hook tip must be about 1mm higher than the needle hole. In addition, in order to prevent the sewing material from wrinkling, the tension of the bottom wire and top wire of the computerized sewing machine should be reduced as much as possible.

For the sewing of knitted fabrics with computerized sewing machines, it is difficult to form upper loops due to the large elasticity of knitted fabrics, and skip stitches are prone to occur. To prevent skipped stitches, adjust the position of the bundled stitches to a slightly lower position than the standard. In addition, the synchronization relationship between the needle and the hook, that is, the crochet time should also be appropriately delayed. The needle plate with the smaller needle hole and the grooved presser foot should cross the fine needle as much as possible, so that the sewing effect of the computerized sewing machine can be better.

In addition, when the computerized sewing machine sews thick materials, under normal circumstances, thick needles and thick threads are required, and the rotary hook should also be suitable for these conditions. For example, if the shuttle frame is slightly higher than the ordinary shuttle frame, usually between 0.5 and 0.6 mm, the needle groove and hook thread are increased. Therefore, when installing the rotary hook on the computerized sewing machine, the hook of the hook frame must be slightly changed and offset slightly to facilitate installation.
