One is to check whether there are thread grooves on the splint, bobbin, and bobbin case of the sewing machine sewing equipment due to long-term wear, causing the upper and lower needles to become loose and tight, resulting in poor stitches. Sometimes it seems that there is no problem with the bobbin case of the sewing machine, but the gap between the bobbin skin and the bobbin case is uneven, which will also cause the tightness of the tube line and cause malfunction. Therefore, replacing the bobbin case can eliminate the malfunction.

The second is to increase the thread take-up force of the thread take-up spring of the sewing equipment, and appropriately increase the pressure of the bottom thread. Check whether the gap between the hook positioning hook and the hook is proper. If the gap is too small, it will cause the suture thread to block, resulting in floating and broken threads.

The third is to check whether the wire avoiding groove under the bottom plate of the presser foot is suitable. It is generally required to be 5mm long and 0.5mm deep. Especially when the sewing machine uses thick thread for sewing, when the sewing material is pressed under the presser foot and fed by the feeding mechanism, because the groove is too short and too shallow, the sewing thread is pressed under the presser foot, which increases the take-up of the thread rod. Resistance causes the thread to float under the sewing material of the sewing machine and even the thread breaks.

In addition to the above three points, we can also check the synchronization relationship between the feeding mechanism and the thread take-up mechanism of the sewing equipment, and delay the feeding time appropriately to eliminate the fault. Because the feeding time is too early, it may cause poor sewing and cause the thread to float under the sewing product; if the feeding time is too late, the sewing product may still move after the needle is inserted into the sewing product, causing the needle to break or bend . Therefore, proper adjustment of the delay time of the sewing equipment can also solve the problem of poor stitches.
