The details are as follows: First, the piercing cloth mechanism in the upper shaft mechanism has a greater impact on the noise level of industrial sewing machines. During the operation of the lockstitch machine, the dynamic unbalanced force of the upper shaft generates forced vibration, which is transmitted to the casing and table through the upper shaft bracket, and generates noise in various parts. Second, the toothed belt drive will also produce certain noise. In theory, the noise level of the toothed belt drive of the lockstitch machine is not as high as that of the bevel gear drive. However, in the actual operation process, the motor and the upper and lower optical axis operating conditions are compared with the operating noise of only the upper and lower optical axis, the standard point gear transmission is higher. It can be said with certainty that the tooth-shaped meshing impact will generate noise and chattering noise, and the uneven force of the toothed belt will cause the bottom plate to vibrate, which will cause the table to vibrate. In addition, the operation of the various mechanisms of the lower shaft of the industrial sewing machine is also the main cause of noise. In particular, the combination of gear feeding, gear lifting and toothed belt machine produces a variety of noise excitation sources.

So how to identify the source of industrial sewing machine vibration. The lockstitch sewing machine is in an idling state, its various mechanisms are operated, and the larger corresponding amplitude of the displacement of the needle plate from the power spectrum is measured. It can be obtained that the thread take-up and lower shaft mechanisms have little effect on the vibration of the needle plate position, and can be reduced or ignored during the vibration reduction treatment. However, when each mechanism of the lower shaft works alone, the vibration generated is more obvious, and it is not a simple digital accumulation, so we need it as a key part of the vibration reduction treatment of industrial sewing machines.
